Accommodations
Accommodation will be provided in the form of single, en suite rooms. Each room is equipped with a clock radio, tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, towels and toiletries, and free internet access (via an ethernet port; delegates should provide their own cable). Free WiFi internet access is also available at the conference venue and at many areas of main campus. Each corridor will have access to its own kitchen, an iron, and an ironing board. Keys can be collected from Rootes Reception after 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and luggage storage facilities are available upon request.
For those delegates arriving by car, access to car parking is provided for free. Delegates will also have free access to the sports facilities on campus, including: a 25 metre swimming pool, sauna, squash courts, weight training room, fully equipped gym, indoor climbing centre, athletics track, and more. Browsing access at the library is also provided.
