MRes studentship in Youth Mental Health Theme
This project will analyse existing quantitative longitudinal data on physical and mental health conditions in people with idiopathic intellectual disability, autism, and rare genetic syndromes. This information will be used to improve the quality of Annual Health Checks. This project will also facilitate implementation of an integrated care model between primary care, secondary care and schools in order to improve the uptake of Annual Health Checks. It will collect and analyse pilot qualitative and quantitative data on the feasibility of an integrated care model of Annual Health Checks for people with learning disabilities. There is also scope for the student to guide the methods and analysis as this project develops.
