Pro-active clinical review of patients taking opioid medicines long-term for persistent pain, led by Clinical Pharmacitsts in Primary Care teams
Design of an intervention to enable patients on long-term opioids to be reviewed by clinical pharmacists rather than GPs; the idea is to help patients reduce or come off their opioids and to reduce the burden on GPs.
