Better Biology... Through Chemistry
2nd July 2019 - University of Warwick
The Warwick-Wellcome Quantitative Biomedicine Programme is pleased to be hosting its 5th annual symposium. This year, we will be showcasing how chemistry and chemical approaches are transforming the way in which we investigate biological questions. The symposium is a free one-day event that will bring together scientists working on a broad range of topics at the interface of chemistry, biology and biomedicine.
The themes of the symposium will focus on the use of chemistry in driving new approaches in signalling, quantitative imaging, structural analysis and new therapeutics.
Registrations are now closed for this event.
The symposium will take place at Scarman House, part of Warwick Conferences.
The conference centre is located on the main campus of the University of Warwick, a short distance from Coventry train station and Birmingham International Airport.
Directions to Scarman House can be found here.
The central location of the University of Warwick means that a day-trip is possible from many major cities including London, Oxford, Cambridge, Leicester, Nottingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol and Birmingham.
For those who wish to stay overnight, and those coming from further afield, accommodation can be booked at the conference venue itself, Scarman House.
Registration is now closed for this event.
