MINI-PROJECT 2

This miniproject was undertaken at ZMBH (Zentrum für Molekulare Biologie), Ruprecht-Karls University, Heidelberg, Germany. The project is titled 'Protein exclusion from the eukaryotic cell nucleus: experimental design'.

MINI-PROJECT 3

This miniproject was concerned with extending the RanGTPase system, followed by various simulations to discern export rates from the cell nucleus to the cytoplasm. The project was a continuation on the theme of miniproject 2, titled : 'Protein exclusion from the eukaryotic cell nucleus: modelling receptor-mediated transport'.
