I graduated from my PhD in July 2015.
I am a final year PhD student in the MOAC department. Having achieved a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics (2.i) at the University of Warwick, I decided I wanted to persue my studies further. During my undergraduate degree, I found applied mathematics really appealed to me and so continuing my studies at MOAC seemed the perfect choice. My PhD is inter-disciplinary: split between Warwick Medical School and the Systems Biology Centre.
On this webpage, you can find information about all the academic, and extra-curricular work I am involved in:
PhD (2011 - present)
My PhD investigated the role gap junctions play in the connectivity of the myometrial smooth muscle. In this project I employed both experimental and modelling techniques.
