Friday 3 September 1999 - Nasca Lines

In the morning we went up to see the Nasca lines (or Nazca lines depending on your preferred spelling) in four seater airplanes. Very impressive, but they seemed smaller than I had expected as we were quite high up.

In the afternoon we took a break to go sand boarding near the oasis of ???????. Several people made the mistake of taking their cameras with them and getting them jammed with sand.
