**Special event - Tackling Racial Inequalities in Assessment in Higher Education**

Guest speaker: Dr Paul Campbell, Director of the University of Leicester Institute for Inclusivity.

We are very pleased to welcome Dr Paul CampbellLink opens in a new windowLink opens in a new window, Director of the University of Leicester Institute for Inclusivity, to lead this special lunchtime seminar in March. Dr Campbell will discuss the findings from a multi-disciplinary research project that he led investigating students' from minority ethnic background's experiences of assessment. The project explored experiences regarding different types of assessment, as well as pre- and post-assessment support. Dr Campbell will present the key findings and recommendations made in the report, and the international pilot that is now implementing interventions across six universities in three different countries.
