Student Research

Research forms an important part of the psychology department and each of the degree programmes within it.

Undergraduate students have a research project in every year of their degree, and are required to undertake research experience in year 1.

Postgraduate student research projects differ depending on the course.

Staff within the department may have ongoing research projects. If students are particularly interested in a subject area, it is advised that they speak to the member of staff directly to find out more about what opportunities may be available.
