Enrolling on TAS

Once you have successfully applied to the Technical Accreditation Scheme and once we have processed your application, you will need to undertake online enrolment with the University of Warwick. We will email you when your application has been processes and you are ready to do this.

Online Enrolment

In order to participate with your programme and modules, you need to fully enrol online with The University of Warwick. This will allow you to in order to activate your registration and set up your Warwick IT account so you can have access to online web pages such as Moodle and Tabula, which are crucial to supporting your studies. This will also give you access to the University Library.

You MUST complete this process as soon as possible upon receiving an email from us instructing you to do so.

There are 3 steps to complete online enrolment:

  1. enrol on-line
  2. register with IT Services – assign your email to registration.
  3. upload a photo

To complete this, you will need your University Student Number (which we will provide to you) and your Date of Birth, as well as a memorable password.

If you are not able to enrol right away, please wait one day and try again. Once you have enrolled you may also have to wait one day to complete the IT registration.

You will be sent an automated email by the University's central Student Records team which will provide you with a link to allow you to enrol online. You will need to click on the link to complete online registration.

Finance/Sponsorship

To progress through the enrolment process please select the following options when you reach the Finance/Funding screen:

Fees – please select the options closest and that shows that your employer is paying upfront and not by instalments.

Sponsorship – please click YES that you agree with the sponsor details shown, you do not need to complete a sponsorship form.

Registering with IT Services

Once you have enrolled you will see on screen details on how to register with IT Services. Once you have registered with IT Services you should be able to gain access to the University Network, including the Library. Completing this registration will also allow you access to Tabula (the system you will use to submit your coursework for each module), Moodle (where you will see all of the teaching resources for your modules) and you will be able to see more of your Student Portal, which is designed to support you.

 

A photo will need to be uploaded if you require a student card. Student cards can be collected from student reception in Senate House, Main Campus.
