The project works on a first come first served basis. We advise that you come to the office as soon as possible after you have received the e-mail.

Warwick students will be asked to come to the BAWE office (Social Studies building, room S1.78) between 13:30-15:30 on weekdays to collect your money and sign the permission forms. Please wait until you have heard from us before coming to the office. If you are unable to come to the office, please contact bawe@warwick.ac.uk to make alternative arrangements.
