The MultiMedia CeNTRE is on the ground floor of the Institute of Education Building.

• A suite of 96 networked RM desktops and laptops

• Large number of wireless Tablet PCs and laptops (all running Windows XP) some of which are available for loan

• Bulk CD /DVD writing and copying

• Video editing (PC and Mac)

• Document scanning

• Interactive whiteboards (Promethean and SMART)

• Peripheral loans

The MultiMedia CeNTRE is made up of

• Two dedicated multimedia labs in the main part of the MultiMedia CeNTRE, each with 21 workstations and an interactive whiteboard
• A smaller lab of 3 PCs and 2 iMacs
• 3 workstations in the Literacy Room WT006
• 3 workstations in the Numeracy Room WT004
• The DropIn Centre with 22 workstations and 2 Interactive Whiteboards
