To print a document from within your application choose Print from the File menu. Your computer will default to the black/white laser printer.

Select the colour printer from the dropdown menu if you wish to print in colour.

As a new student you will automatically receive 20 free printer credits on your account which will print 20 black and white pages or 4 colour pages. Please note - there is a different arrangement for Graduate Studies students.

Buy your printer credits from the CeNTRE Office

You can buy more credits from the CeNTRE office

£1 = 20 printer credits £5 = 120 printer credits £10 = 250 printer credits

1 B/W single-sided sheet = 1 credit 1 Colour single-sided sheet = 5 credits

You can print double sided on many of the printers in the CeNTRE but please be aware that you will be charged 1 credit for each side of printing. This means a single sheet printed on both sides will cost 2 credits.

Checking your printer credits

Click the Status button on the bottom right-hand side of your computer desktop and the number of printer credits in your account will be displayed on screen.
