The National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA) is a highly respected institution in India working in the areas of educational policy, planning and administration. It was transformed from a UNESCO regional institution to a national university with multiple mandates of research, teaching, capacity building and policy support.

NIEPA's new newsletter was launched in the diamond jubilee year of the university to facilitate information transmission between NIEPA and those engaged in education, and it is a great honour for the WAHEI project to be featured.
