Anne has overall operational responsibility for the provision of support services to students and staff across all undergraduate, postgraduate taught and research degree programmes in the Centre for Education Studies. She provides specialist advice - ensuring that all departmental, University and appropriate external procedures, deadlines, regulations, quality standards and requirements are monitored and adhered to and acts as Secretary to the Examination Boards held within the department. She will be liasing closely with other academic departments to support effective and cohered administrative management between the Centre 'hub' and the 'spoke' Departments as these relationships develop.

Anne manages the Student and Academic Services team (of 4), ensuring effective deployment of resources, training and all elements of staff management. She also reviews, devises and implements procedures and works with IT and other support staff on more effective business processes, information management and data capture on student records as well as providing comprehensive evaluation of courses and modules.

Anne has worked at the University of Warwick since 2002 and previously was the Academic Administrator in the Institute of Education and prior to that the Strategy and Planning Co-ordinator at the National Academy for Gifted and Talented Youth (based at UOW).
