4. Mentoring for wellbeing - WT1.04

   This session is focusing on mentoring for wellbeing – reflecting on what might impact on a trainee’s wellbeing, how we can spot the signs a student might be struggling and how, as mentors, we can promote positive wellbeing and best support trainees through their training year.

5. Mentoring trainees with additional needs - WT0.05

   This session will examine the processes used within CTE to identify adjustments for trainees who disclose a disability. It will also address the challenges of implementing reasonable adjustments in school placement settings and explore strategies to overcome these barriers

6. Mentoring to support anti racist practice - WT1.05 This session is aimed at developing an understanding of the barriers faced by Black, Asian & Global Majority trainees and how to mentor them more effectively through an exploration of case studies.
