Co-ordination of Training Delivery
- Oversee mentoring across Alliance Schools (Including training)
- Ensure effective administration of placements & record keeping
- Ensure the university is notified of Base School & Complementary Placement details
- Liaise with Professional Mentors within your teaching school
alliance to arrange placements and to make transition arrangements between placements where appropriate
- Arrange delivery of School Direct Alliance Day programme in
conjunction with University guidelines
- Attend meetings with the university (WaSP for example)

Recruitment /HR Matters
- Managing Contract matters/distributing
contract to relevant Lead School Staff
- Managing written agreements between Lead school and Alliance Schools
- Requesting recruitment places via the university when prompted
- Alliance School QA
- Assessing the suitability of all SD Candidates who apply to the school via interview and document verification
- DBS and Safeguarding Checks for SDS Trainees
- Distributing Vetting Checks for all SDT & SDS Trainees to base school and complementary schools
- Occupational Health matters

Finance (Invoicing)
- Ensuring the university has up to date bank details for funding purposes
- Paying invoices when they are received from the university (SDS)
- Raising & sending invoices as per purchase orders received from the university
- Keeping financial records for audit purposes
- Distributing funding between alliance schools as per own written agreements
