In November I attended the launch of a new JISC community of practice called Digital Experience Insights which focusses on staff and student experiences of the digital environment. The purpose of the community is to share good practice in relation to gathering staff and student expectations of and experiences with technology. JISC has recently undertaken a pilot survey to gather staff expectations and experiences and the headlines were shared at the event:
