A change to the Moodle database has been scheduled for Tuesday 3^rd March from 07:00-09:00 am as part of ongoing work to improve the performance of Moodle.

Moodle will be undergoing essential maintenance on Wednesday 11th December 6am-8am and may be unavailable for short periods during this time.

JISC are delighted to announce the launch of their Digital experience insights survey 2019: findings from teaching staff in UK further and higher education report. This report shares the outcomes and findings from the 2018-19 survey with data collected from 6,534 teaching staff from 61 different FE colleges, sixth form colleges and universities across the United Kingdom. Thank you to all those colleges, sixth form colleges and universities who participated in the survey.

To ensure the university is meeting statutory legal requirements, the Estates Team is required to carry out electrical testing on the University House Data Centre, plus other communications equipment rooms, this year. The mains power to the data centre, associated rooms and all cooling plants will have to be switched off whilst the work is carried out.
