Welcome Cafés
This is an online informal meeting space providing the opportunity to network with those who have parental responsibilities for children and young people, or other carer responsibilities eg for an adult with disabilities or Alzheimer’s disease.
All are welcome including those who identify as LGBTUA+ or allies. The intention is to create a safe space online where trainee teachers can meet with other LGBTUA+ teachers and/or allies, celebrate themselves and any super practice that they might wish to share and/or discuss LGBTUA+ issues they might face or be facing in schools or the university.

Whether you are interested in AI, computer-generated art, education, or simply curious, our club provides a safe space for discussion and exploration. Come share your ideas, celebrate your experiences, and join us in exploring the fascinating world of AI and education.
Green Space hosted by Jake Lever
Climate change is the social issue of our time, one that affects us all globally, with potentially most impact upon the lives of children. It is our responsibility as teachers (whichever phase or subject) to develop “climate literacy”, model positive action and enable our pupils to move from eco-anxiety to eco engagement. So, join us from 13.00 – 14.00 during the online Green Space Day on 24 April 2023 to informally chat, share ideas and find out more.
