14:00-15:00 Optional Module Introduction: Room MS.03

An information session offering advice and guidance on how to choose the optional modules available to you and how the module registration process works.

The second introductory classes for EC201: Macroeconomics 2

14:00-15:00 Campus Orientation Game: Room OC1.05

The objective of this game is for you to meet other students on your course and familiarise yourself with the campus. You will be given a list of places on campus to find and an object or activity to do. Once there, your group should take a photo at the location with the requested item or of yourselves doing the activity and upload this to MS Teams hereLink opens in a new window. The first team to upload all their photos will win a prize!

This session will introduce you to the Head of Department and key staff members over drinks and nibbles.

Come along to this introduction to STATA which is a software used for data analysis and management, statistical analysis and graphing. We strongly recommend that you attend this session as you will need to be familiar with STATA for some of your modules.

12:00-13:00 Introduction to the Library: Room L2.22

Economics Librarian, Jackie Hanes will give a brief introduction to the facilities offered by the library.
