Winter Graduation 2014

On Friday 24 January, Warwick Economics postgraduate students received their degrees alongside honorary graduate Sir Vernon Ellis. More than 100 graduates, friends and family members joined department staff at the Economics Graduation Celebration in the Panorama Room, Rootes after the ceremony.

Economics Student Awards

A number of special departmental awards were presented at the Economics Graduation Celebration to graduates for outstanding performances during their course. These were:

The Department Examiners’ Prize 2013 for outstanding performance in MSc Economics - Leanne Stickland, Federico Trombetta and Andrei Viacherski

The Department Examiners’ Prize 2013 for outstanding performance in MSc Economics and Industrial Organization - George Zahra

The Department Examiners’ Prize 2013 for best performance in the MSc Dissertation - Andrew Eyles

The Shiv Nath Prize 2013 for best performance in Development Economics - Kofi Akuoko
