Students celebrate graduation success at winter ceremony

The Class of 2014 celebrated their graduation success on Friday 23rd January with an evening drinks reception following their graduation ceremony.

Postgraduate students, alongside a number of undergraduate students, received their degrees in the Warwick Arts Centre and later gathered in the Panorama Room with family and friends for an evening reception of drinks, food and music.

A number of students also received special recognition for their work, with a range of awards handed out by Professor Abhinay Muthoo.

The recipients of the awards were:

• Anthony Tuckwell
  The Department Examiners’ Prize 2014 for outstanding performance in MSc Economics

• Jane Loveday
  The Department Examiners’ Prize 2014 for outstanding performance in MSc Behavioural and Economic Science (Economics Track)

• Caspar von Schenck
  The Department Examiners’ Prize 2014 for best performance in the MSc Dissertation

• Claudia Deijl
  The Shiv Nath Prize 2014 for best performance in Development Economics

Professor Muthoo said:

"Congratulations to all those who graduated and to those who won an award. I am delighted to congratulate all the students on their success and wish them all the best in their future careers."
