A PhD student from the Department has been featured on a website that publishes personal finance studies daily to inform users of the latest news and trends.

Mariela Dal Borgo was contacted after the website’s editor-in-chief found her research paper, “Does Bankruptcy Protection Affect Risk-Taking in Household Portfolios?”.

The paper looks at how households tend to reduce their investments in risky assets when such insurance becomes more lenient.
