The University pays tribute to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

The Department of Economics joins with the University and communities around the world to express our deep sorrow at the death of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. Like many universities in the UK, the University of Warwick was granted its Royal Charter of Incorporation in 1965 by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, and our flags are at half-mast to pay our respects and honour her memory.

The University has created an online Book of Condolence which is a space for members of staff, students and alumni to pay tribute to Her Majesty The Queen, and to share messages of condolence:
