Announcement - Centre Director

CAGE is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Mirko Draca as our new Director from the 1st September 2019, upon the retirement of Professor Nick Crafts.

"I'm honoured and excited to be taking over from Nick Crafts as CAGE Director. Over the last 10 years CAGE has contributed an important mix of research covering economic history, political economy, development and behavioural economics into UK social science".

"In a period when the value of evidence and expertise is being strongly challenged it's important to continue and expand this work. As an institution, Warwick has a record of giving new talent and ideas a shot - we'll stick to this approach. I look forward to working with both my Warwick colleagues and the ESRC as part of CAGE's future."
