Summer Research events providing a friendly but intellectually challenging environment have been a feature of the Department of Economics at University of Warwick since 1976.

In addition to academic papers, there will be participation by and contributions from policy makers and legal practitioners. Given the interdisciplinary nature of the conference, the Iraqi debt write-down and domestic political sanctions for Sovereign Debt Default will be discussed by economists and prominent legal figures closely involved.
