In addition to academic papers, there will be participation by and contributions from policy makers and legal practitioners. Given the interdisciplinary nature of the conference, the Iraqi debt write-down and domestic political sanctions for Sovereign Debt Default will be discussed by economists and prominent legal figures closely involved.
