Book Discussion: Unravelling the Kashmir Knot (Past, Present and Future)
Warwick Law School is delighted to welcome Dr Aman Hingorani, Arbitrator, Senior Advocate and Mediator, Supreme Court of India, and WLS alumnus to share a legal experts groundbreaking perspective on the Kashmir issue. His book 'Unravelling the Kashmir Knot' plucks lesser-known details of the Partition history of the Indian subcontinent to chart a realistic path forward to resolve the Kashmir problem.
Aman is an alumnus of the Law School and senior advocate in Delhi. He also teaches at Delhi University Law School. He also leads the The Kapila & Nirmal Hingorani Foundation which aims to work for the realization of human rights and freedoms, equality and dignity of the individual, particularly of women, children, the aged, the poor and other weaker sections of society.
Open to all Law School staff and PGR students.
