Wellbeing Tea and TalkJoin us for our regular “Tea and Talk” events, open to all Warwick students! A chance for you to meet, chat and have a virtual cuppa with students across the university; or chat informally about a different wellbeing theme each week. Prospects Future You: Growth MindsetGrowth mindset is being increasingly used by employers to both recruit and develop graduates. Your mindset is described as 'a mental attitude that determines how you interpret and respond to situations' (Carol Dewck, 2007). By becoming more aware of, and working on, your mindset (including your self-talk and self-limiting beliefs) you can accelerate your personal development at the start of your career. |
