Attend in person or virtually to hear best practice tips on how to balance looking after your wellbeing, getting your degree, working towards your career goals and entering full-time employment. We have partnered with students, employers and experts to share takeaways on how to navigate your career while taking care of your mental health.

At this session, join four of our future Hong Kong trainees as they discuss their path into law, their experience of applying for Clifford Chance (including vacation scheme and interview processes) and their tips for your own application. This is a great opportunity to hear directly from students who have recently been through the application process and to have your questions answered. Registration will close on Thursday 17 November and all applicants will be emailed the access link in advance. 18:00 HK time.

The free online event is open to all students (both undergraduates and postgraduates) and gives students from all universities the opportunity to meet 70 of the nation’s leading law firms including all the Magic Circle, leading US, international and national firms. The Fair features video walk-ins with all the firms where students have the chance to meet grad rec, trainees and partners. Plus there are six back-to-back careers and commercial awareness workshops delivered by leading lawyers and graduate recruitment experts on topics such as acing interviews and practice area insights. This webinar (via MS Teams) will be a short presentation on creating CVs, covering letters and completing application forms. It will be followed by the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have regarding writing effective applications.

The student mobility team are hosting sessions for students who are interested in year abroad next academic year (23/24). These country specific in person drop-in sessions are for students to attend and speak with others interested in visiting particular countries.

We will be hosting two virtual open evenings to help you find out more about our practice areas, clients, and solicitor apprenticeship offering. There will be lots of opportunities to ask questions throughout the event about a career in law as well as tips on creating a successful application.
