Legal Case Study practice with Law Firm Reed Smith

The University's Senior Law Careers Consultant will clearly explain the different pathways you can take in order to qualify to be a UK solicitor or barrister. This talk will clearly explain the different routes (courses/qualifications & experience) and what costs, salaries and scholarships are involved in each pathway. By the end of the session you will know when and how to apply and if you might be earning a salary or need to pay course fees.

Pupillage Information Evening

A free pupillage information evening aimed at anyone looking to join the 2025 application process to become a pupil barrister or for anyone who isn’t quite at that point yet but is seriously considering a career at the Bar. This informal evening, hosted by Chair of the Pupillage Committee, will see a range of barristers in attendance including current pupils and those who have recently started their practice.
