Hear from a diverse range of Chambers’ members on their areas of expertise and ask our Pupillage Committee questions about the pupillage application process and the structure of pupillage itself. Quadrant Chambers - Women in Chambers event

The event is free to attend and open to students of all genders at any stage of legal study who are interested in a career at the Commercial Bar. The event will take the form of a panel discussion where some of the female barristers at Quadrant will discuss the reality of life at the Commercial Bar. They are at differing stages in their careers, from pupils and new tenants through to our new female Head of Chambers, Poonam Melwani QC. They will give a range of perspectives on their work, the challenges and rewards and how the career affects their work/life balance. The discussion will be followed by some smaller breakout sessions for a more informal fireside chat, where you can ask questions and get some first-hand knowledge of life at the Commercial Bar.

Asia Careers Insight Series

Runs from Saturday, March 05 to Thursday, March 10.

The Series will headline with a physical International Careers Day (10-1pm) due to be held in the Oculus building on Saturday 5 March. This will be followed by a 4-day series of live, short, online employer careers workshops. Each day will be categorized by country (Mon 7 Mar – China, Tues 8 Mar – S.E Asia, Wed 9 Mar – China, Thurs 10 Mar - SE Asia & India) and broken down into industry events so students can easily ‘pick and mix’ by interest.
