A group of students from the Law School’s Multicultural Scholars’ Programme (MSP) were invited to visit the UK headquarters of Clifford Chance on Wednesday 4^th March. The visit included an application workshop, a networking lunch with current trainees (including Warwick/MSP graduates), a tour of the building and a talk on the relationship between law, business and human rights.

The Co-director of the MSP programme, Dr Anil Awesti, commented,

The students found the visit extremely useful, particularly in terms of gaining an insight into the skills required to join Clifford Chance and the opportunities provided by, and working culture of, the firm. In providing an occasion to look behind the scenes and network, the day contributed towards breaking down some of the barriers that certain students face in accessing such a highly competitive profession.’
