Scholarship

Rebecca’s interests include social and economic rights, international human rights law, legal mobilisation, and social movements. Rebecca also has a keen interest in socio-legal research methods.

Bio

Rebecca is a Teaching Fellow at the Law School. Rebecca has an LLB from the University of Warwick (2015) and an LLM in International Law and Governance from Durham University (2017). She is currently completing her PhD from the European University Institute. Her research explores forum choice in civil society mobilisation against austerity measures in Spain and the U.K. During her time at the European University Institute, she also co-authored two publications on the added value of using historical archives to analyse landmark judgements before the CJEU.
