Location: MS Teams (see link in event details)

This event is part of the Law, Life and Critique series.

Dániel Dózsa is a partner at the new Central European boutique firm Queritius, a leading international disputes counsel and a guest lecturer of International Dispute Resolution at Leiden Law School. He focuses his practice on contentious EU regulatory and competition matters and on international commercial and investor-state disputes. He has vast experience on handling cases before the world’s leading arbitral fora, including ICSID, ICC and under UNCITRAL rules. Dániel has represented private companies, state-owned enterprises, and national governments in major international arbitration cases and advised parties in disputes involving oil, gas, electricity and telecommunication. He is listed among the ‘Future Leaders of Arbitration’ for 2021 by Who’s Who Legal and has been recommended for international arbitration by The Legal 500 UK.

Law, Life and Critique is series of webinars, led by Dr Velimir Zivkovic, offering a unique opportunity to join in a conversation with leading practitioners and academics on both the law and critiques of it, as well as the realities of the working life in these different spheres. We encourage our students and staff to send any questions they might have for our guests. Send your questions to velimir.zivkovic@warwick.ac.uk and join in the conversation.
