Warwick Mediation is a free, professional, impartial and confidential service. We aim to provide UoW staff and students with high quality mediation. To do this we are required to record and maintain details about you and your case in accordance with our Data Protection Policy, Confidentiality Policy and our Terms and Conditions. Everything you share with us will be kept confidential unless we consider there to be a risk to your safety or the safety of others, or are required to disclose by law.

 

Consent (required)

Your enquiry will be passed to one of our trained advisors who will contact you to arrange an online meeting to discuss your request for mediation and explain a little bit  more about the process. We aim to respond to you in three working days.   If you would rather correspond by email than arrange an online meeting, please email mediation@warwick.ac.uk with your query and we will respond within three working days. 

Mediations involving staff will be managed by staff peer mediators only.  Mediations involving students will be managed by student peer mediations, who on occasion may be accompanied by staff mediators. 

Privacy notice

The data on this form will be used to send you the information you have requested. We will store the fact that you have requested the information and your contact details to receive the information, but we will not send you any information beyond that which you have requested, nor will we use the data for any other purpose.
