Student Voice Group 2026/2027

The Student Voice Group provides an opportunity for students to help shape and improve the University's Conduct and Resolution processes. Working in partnership with staff, students can share their experiences, perspectives, and ideas to ensure our procedures are fair, transparent, accessible, and supportive for all students.

The group offers a forum for meaningful discussion on areas such as student conduct, resolutions, communications, and the overall student experience when engaging with these processes. Members may be invited to review guidance, provide feedback on proposed changes, discuss emerging issues, and contribute to service improvements.

No prior experience is required, just a willingness to share your views and help influence positive change. By joining the Student Voice Group, you can play an important role in ensuring student voices are heard and reflected in the development of Conduct and Resolution services.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Attend and actively participate in Student Voice Group meetings.
  • Gather and present feedback from peers on relevant topics and issues.
  • Contribute to discussions around conduct, resolution and disciplinary matters.
  • Work collaboratively with staff and other representatives to identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote opportunities for student engagement and encourage peers to share their views.
  • Provide updates to students on outcomes and actions taken by the group.
