Leiter report puts Warwick in top 3 UK philosophy departments across a broad range of specialisms

The influential Leiter report lists Warwick Philosophy in the top groupings in six areas: epistemology; philosophy of art; philosophy of mind; political philosophy; 19th century continental philosophy; 20th century continental philosophy.  In each area, Warwick is one of the top 3 UK departments for that specialism.  Overall, Warwick Philosophy comes 9th in the UK and in the top 50 internationally.  The Leiter report is an extensive peer review ranking of Philosophy departments, produced by Professor Brian Leiter (Chicago) working with an advisory board of nearly 60 international philosophers and a college of specialist evaluators over 100 strong.  For more details see:  http://www.philosophicalgourmet.com
