MindGrad 2014

To register your attendance at MindGrad 2014, please provide details below. There is a one-off registration fee of £10 for non-Warwick attendees, subsidised by the Analysis Trust and Warwick Philosophy Department (the full price would be 23£). This includes lunch and refreshments for both days, and should be paid for using our online payment system below.

If you are a graduate student, but will struggle with payment, you can apply for a SWIP subsidy (see below)

Please bring email confirmation of your registration or online payment with you to the conference.

If you would like to attend the conference dinner on Saturday 6th December, please indicate that below and choose the relevant payment option. The conference dinner costs £28,20. Please note: Places at the conference dinner are limited and we cannot guarantee that additional places will be available on the day.

Special Requirements
A few subsidies graduate delegates who couldn't otherwhise attend the conference are made available by SWIP. They will cover the registration fees and part of the travel expenses. If you are interested in applying for these, please email us at mindgrad2014@gmail.com with the following information: 1. Full Name 2. Email Address 3. Name of University 4. Title of Degree 5. Programme and year 6. Name of Supervisor 7. Reasons for applying This year, we are also able to offer to prospective delegates a limited amount of accommodation with graduate students at the department. We must emphasise that accommodation is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please contact us at mindgrad2014@gmail.com if you'd like to take us up on that offer.

This form will be used to manage attendance at MindGrad 2014. Your registration will be recorded and associated with your name, but no other personally identifiable data will be stored, and the data will not be used for any purpose other than as a record of the event (unless you have requested information to be included in the list of delegates, a copy of which will be distributed to all attendees).
