MindGrad 2015

To register your attendance at MindGrad 2015, please provide your details below. There is a one-off registration fee of £10 for non-Warwick attendees, subsidised by the Warwick Philosophy Department (registration would otherwise cost £20). This includes lunch and refreshments for both days, and should be paid for using our online payment system below.

This form will be used to manage attendance at MindGrad'15. Your registration will be recorded and associated with your name, but no other personally identifiable data will be stored, and the data will not be used for any purpose other than as a record of the event (unless you have requested information to be included in the list of delegates, a copy of which will be distributed to all attendees).
