Sameer Bajaj

I am an Associate Professor of Philosophy. I received my Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Arizona. I also have a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a BA in Philosophy from Pomona College.

I am the Admissions Tutor for the Warwick PPE programme and the co-Director (with Katy Wells) of the Centre for Ethics, Law and Public Affairs (CELPA).

I research and teach primarily in political philosophy, ethics, and the philosophy of law. My current work focuses on the moral duties of democratic citizens and the ethics of political representation. My work has appeared in Political Philosophy, Oxford Studies in Political Philosophy, Journal of Political Philosophy, Philosophical Quarterly, Philosophical Studies, Politics, Philosophy & Economics, and Columbia Law Review, among other places.
