Guy Longworth
I work mainly in three general areas: J. L. Austin and Oxford Realism (e.g., John Cook Wilson and H. A. Prichard); knowledge, reasons, and sources; and understanding and first-person thought. You can find articles on these topics below, together with some book reviews and some public-facing philosophy. More generally, I have fairly wide interests, including mind, perception, action, language, ethics, and the works of various other philosophers, including Plato, Aristotle, Descartes, Kant, Frege, Moore, Anscombe, and Chomsky. I'm a member of Warwick Mind and Action Research Centre and an editor of Mind & Language.
