Registration

The standard registration fee henceforth is £40.00. Reductions in the registration fee are offered to full-time students in good standing and to subscribing members of the Warwick Graduates Association. Students claiming the reduced rate should attach to the registration form a letter from their tutor or supervisor confirming that they are full-time students in good standing.

The fee includes admission to all sessions, the conference literature, light lunches on Friday and on Saturday, and coffee & tea at appropriate times throughout the conference.

The fee must normally be paid in full at the time of registration, in pounds sterling, by cheque (drawn on a British bank and payable to the University of Warwick) or by credit card.

Those who are unable to pay in one of these ways may send an interim cheque in US dollars or euros (made payable to David Miller and with the conference name written clearly on the reverse), as specified on the registration form. Those with severe difficulties in obtaining foreign currency should write to the organizers.

The completed registration form, which is available in Acrobat .pdf format or in Microsoft .doc format, should be sent by fax to +44 (0)24 7657 2604 or (if accompanied by a cheque) by airmail to the address on the form. Please do not neglect to sign your form.
