The University Wellbeing Support Services are there to support you with a wide range of issues. Their self-help resources are a useful collection.
John Peters -The Survivor Personality: From Black Box to White Light
This presentation is personal, emotive and challenging. Using his experiences, John will challenge you to reflect upon how you take the initiative and lead from choice rather than reaction, providing a personal view of how you deal with uncertainty and chaos, whilst challenging you to consider how you would deal with crises.
