It’s your chance to engage with fellow WBS Mentors, to learn from one another as well as the chance to ask “where could I find ...? ”

Penny Thorpe, WBS Mentor and Mentoring Steering Member will join me (via wbsLive) to connect, learn and share with fellow WBS Mentors. We will continue with placing WBS Mentors in smaller virtual groups, to allow you to get to know one another better, as well as to share and learn from one another

Vote for the topics you’d like to cover/discuss in breakout rooms:-

• Staying in touch with Mentees
• Tools/tips to help ‘unpick/unblock’ Mentee thinking
• Best practice on feedback

There will of course be the opportunity to ask questions and find helpful mentoring or career resources too.
