2019 Global Mentoring Cohort: How will you celebrate?
June 2021 draws a close to the 2019 cohorts mentoring relationships.
Lots has happened in that time; earthquakes, wildfires, hurricanes, several terror attacks, the burning of Notre Dame Cathedral, and then the devastating global pandemic.
This shows us the magnitude of human resilience, adaptability and perseverance even through tough times. How together, through learning, innovation and revival we still stand strong.
Take the time to stop and review these last two years and then think about the mentoring relationship, the journey you have both been on, the ups and downs, the quick wins and the long carefully crafted paths.
What are you proud of during these last few years? What have you overcome? How have you achieved it?

The Warwick Executive Diplomas: Open Session
We’re delighted to offer generous scholarships for our WBS Mentors in recognition of time and effort dedicated to the WBS Global Mentoring Programme, without which it wouldn’t be what it is today!
A scholarship of 50% will be given to the first 5 applications that are submitted to one of our suite of Warwick Executive Diplomas as a small way to show our thanks and to give something back.
To find out more, we encourage you to join the open session to get an understanding of what the Executive Diplomas are all about. Tim Wray is hosting it as the Director of Executive Education and we’ll have participants there too and a Q&A.
Overview:
The Executive Diplomas provide a short (4 four-day modules over one year) and focused development programme that combines the latest academic thinking with practical application so that senior leaders can apply their learnings immediately to the challenges they are facing today.
They are designed to provide a deep dive into particular subject areas that we know are key for growth in today’s climate;
1. Strategic leadership
2. Strategy and innovation
3. Organisational change
4. Digital leadership
Those joining the course anticipated the academic input would be world-class but the cohort was on another level. The cohort is a globally diverse group of senior leaders.
Anyone interested, we suggest that you act quickly and ideally sign up for the open session or at least contact the team to indicate your interest mentioning that you’re a WBS Mentor. The 50% scholarship applies to the first 5 x WBS Mentors signed up for the course
