My.wbs is a dedicated space where alumni can access a wealth of information including an alumni directory and information on career development, journal access, our award-winning Global Mentoring Programme, plus much more.
How to access My.wbs
- Visit this page and scroll down to ‘Access your Alumni Website’
- To set up or reset your username and password, you will need to input:

- Your alumni number which will be ‘A’ followed by your previous student number, e.g. A1234567

- Your date of birth
You can find your alumni number on various emails sent by the WBS Mentoring programme or on your WBS Alumni newsletter.
Please contact alumni@wbs.ac.uk or alumnimentoring@wbs.ac.uk if you have any enquiries about logging on.
