You have two separate accounts:

• A WBS account that is used for logging into computers at WBS and also gives you access to my.wbs - change this at http://my.password.wbs.ac.uk
• An central IT Services account (typically either starts u**** or bs****) that is used for accessing your email and other campus-wide services - change this at http://www.warwick.ac.uk/go/changepassword
