Academic printing, copying, and scanning for WBS Postgraduate students
WBS provides free academic printing and photocopying for all Postgraduate students. Multi-Function Devices are available in the PG IT Suite (0.101a, x 2), PG Grid (1.002, x 4) and on the ground floor of the WBS Teaching Centre (Radcliffe, x 1).
Printing from your own machines - WBS PG Students and PhD Researchers can use Web Print for printing from their personal devices (including tablets, smartphones etc) to WBS networked printers.
PG Student Print Quota - this page has details of the allocation of free printing/copying for the duration of your course.
Scanning to email or shared L drive - WBS PG Students and PhD Researchers can scan documents from the Kyocera multi-function devices either directly to an email address, or to a shared folder on the network (L:\ drive)
Masters students (inc. PhD) print to Masters student printers
MBA students print to MBA student printer
Undergraduate students are able to print on the two devices in the UG Grid (0.002) and the two devices in the UG IT lab (2.011). These machines are not managed by WBS staff and UG students should contact the IT Services Helpdesk in the Library if they have questions about printing or copying.
