Some of my messages are duplicated

The first time you log into your WBS staff email after the migration you may see some messages have been duplicated. In particular these will be the messages from around 16.00 the previous day. This is a direct result of the migration and should be a one-off issue. If you continue to see duplicate copies of new messages please contact the Helpdesk (help@wbs.ac.uk).
